

Project Title: Improving Energy Efficiency at BEWA Sp. z o.o.
Project Scope
The project includes:
1️.Replacing two blow molding machines and chillers with energy-efficient blow molders featuring the ARS PLUS system.
2️. Upgrading the lighting system to energy-efficient solutions.
3️. Installing a 781 kW photovoltaic (PV) system to support sustainable energy use.

Project Objective
The project aims to introduce significant technological improvements at BEWA, enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and energy optimization. The primary goal is to improve the company’s energy efficiency, aligning with policies that support businesses in transitioning to more energy-efficient operations through infrastructure modernization and process improvements.

✔ Annual primary energy savings: 4,833.9 MWh/year
✔ Annual final energy savings: 1,223.56 MWh/year
✔ Estimated CO₂ reduction: 1,368.96 MgCO₂/year
✔ Renewable energy share (RES): 96.32%
✔ Primary energy savings: 98.62%
✔ Final energy savings: 62.41%
